Does anybody know how to adapt a stalk adaptor for a renault clio 1999 so its fits a renault clio radio 2009?

having a major problem to be honest, brought this radio of ebay and tried to connect it all up and the connector for the remote controls on the stereo dont fit, been to halfords and that they could tell me is that they on have adaptors for after market stereos, i have search ebay up and down and i cant find an adaptor just wondered if anybody could help me thanks

The only thing i can think of doing is to go and get a radio control stalk for a 2009 clio and see if that solves the problem. I do have some doubts that it will as on most Renault’s the remote controls work through the radio display and that is also going to be different on a 2009 model car. to be honest i would go and buy an after market radio and get an adapter to suit the car and the existing remote control
